1. Acceptance
By using TRIBOSIA at tribosia.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
TRIBOSIA provides a tribal identity system — the Tribal Trace — for personal insight and self-discovery only.
Results are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice. Do not make major life decisions based solely on your trace.
3. Accounts & Authentication
We use passwordless magic-link authentication. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email. One account per person.
4. Purchases & Refunds
A one-time payment of $9.99 USD grants lifetime access to your personalised Tribal Trace report. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Due to immediate delivery of digital content, refunds are not available once your report has been generated. Technical issues? Email support@tribosia.com within 7 days.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, glyphs, questions, and branding belong to TRIBOSIA and are protected by copyright.
Your quiz results and personal data belong to you. We are granted a limited licence only to deliver the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Prohibited Uses
- →Reproducing, reselling, or redistributing TRIBOSIA content without written permission
- →Reverse-engineering the quiz scoring or archetype logic
- →Creating fake accounts or manipulating results
- →Using automated tools to scrape or extract content
- →Violating any applicable law
7. Disclaimer & Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantee of clinical accuracy or scientific validation.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
8. Governing Law
