Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using TRIBOSIA at tribosia.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

TRIBOSIA provides a tribal identity system, the Tribal Trace, for personal insight and self-discovery only.

Results are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice. Do not make major life decisions based solely on your trace.

3. Accounts & Authentication

We use passwordless magic-link authentication. Sign-in links sent to your email remain usable until they expire, so anyone with access to your inbox may be able to access your account. You are responsible for keeping your email account secure. One account per person.

4. Purchases & Refunds

A one-time payment (currently $9.99 USD) grants lifetime access to your personalised Ancestral Identity report. Optional add-on readings may be offered for a further one-time payment. All prices are shown at checkout and payments are processed by Stripe.

Because digital content is delivered immediately, we generally cannot offer change-of-mind refunds once your report has been generated. If something is broken or you didn't receive what you paid for, email support@tribosia.com within 7 days and we will make it right. Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantees or other rights that apply to you and cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, glyphs, questions, and branding belong to TRIBOSIA and are protected by copyright. TRIBOSIA™, the flame device, the glyphs, and the names Tribal Trace, Ancestral Identity, and Harmonic Compass are our trademarks and may not be used without our written permission.

Your purchased report, including any PDF copy you save, is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You're welcome to share your own results with the people in your life; you may not resell, republish, or present the system as your own.

Your quiz results and personal data belong to you. We are granted a limited licence only to deliver the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Prohibited Uses

• →Reproducing, reselling, or redistributing TRIBOSIA content without written permission
• →Reverse-engineering the quiz scoring or archetype logic
• →Creating fake accounts or manipulating results
• →Using automated tools to scrape or extract content
• →Violating any applicable law

7. Beacons & Community Visibility

Lighting a beacon publishes the details you choose to share (such as your first name, approximate location, and social handle) on the Harmonic Compass, where others can see them. Only light a beacon for yourself, using your own details, and only if you are 18 or older.

Do not use a beacon to impersonate anyone, to harass or solicit anyone, or to advertise anything. By lighting a beacon you give us permission to display the details you submitted for as long as your beacon burns.

You can extinguish your beacon at any time from My Tribosia, and we may extinguish or remove any beacon at our discretion to keep the circle safe.

8. Disclaimer & Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantee of clinical accuracy or scientific validation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
